This reformed 1967 GMC schoolbus served as my home and workshop for several years. Having bought it in Ontario insulated the floors and walls and then built a paper mache cave. Here it is in an orchard on Saltspring Island, B.C.

A storage garage at $50/month near the ocean in Oak Bay, Victoria, B.C. became a home/shop/garden. This ideal set up lasted until neibours complained of saw noise.

The Garden Gazebo which measured 10' at its widest and contained a small bathroom was sited on a large overgrown piece of land in Victoria, B.C. Heating was provided by a marine diesel stove vented through a broken window pane.

A small enclosure built within a larger studio at CMU provided for just enough space for an office and fold out bed.

A bedroom above a studio nestled in the ductwork provides my latest retreat.

Behind an old wooden vent lies an insulated and drywalled cubbyhole just big enough for a bed.
